このコンテンツについて
Today we're talking about the fear of looking "bulky" as a result of lifting heavy weights at the gym instead of looking lean or toned...
This is something I was worried about for such a long time when I was trying to lose fat, so in this episode I debunk the myths and talk about what causes the "bulky" look and what to do to avoid it in a healthy and sustainable way.
If you're new here, here's some context around why I work with shorter women specifically to help them lose fat and tone up. Our metabolisms as short girls are naturally slower, so we need to take a slightly different approach to long-term fat loss as we are not able to cut calories the same way taller women can. This is why I created my 1 to 1 coaching program specifically for petite women, as well as this podcast!
If you're a petite woman (5ft 4in or shorter) who is tired of cutting calories and doing tonnes of cardio but still hasn't seen lasting progress on the scale - fill out the application form below to take advantage of the 10% off 1 to 1 fat loss coaching for petite women!
