"I'm a busy mom, I don't have time for self care". You're right, we don't have time, and that is why we have to make time. As a mother it might seem selfish at times to think about your self, while there are tiny people that need you more. In this episode I will share the importance of self care, and how in turn it helps you be a better mom to those tiny people.
