このコンテンツについて
This week we have to go into the mind and sit down with every version of ourselves that we have created and have a little pow wow. Its impossible to be every version you thought of while you were deciding who to be over the course of the years. Now its time to decide and not look back! Choose who YOU want to become!
- Checkin In: I have to start by Thanking Jarratt Damn ( About Damn Time Podcast) And Mo ( Unestablished: Memoirs of a Broke Rich Lifestyle Podcast) for checking in on me this past weekend. I was kinda in a discouraging mood last week and needed a break from Social media. I was in my head a lot while driving. Listen to the episode for the full story!
Go getters Fact:
- 67 percent of Americans do not have a written plan for their lives. Of those who do have a written life plan, 35 percent say it helps them set goals and gauge progress; 31 percent report it keeps them on track and provides a roadmap; 15 percent say it's a reminder of priorities; 13 percent say it has helped them plan for the future; 9 percent say it has helped them with end-of-life decisions; and 9 percent report it's helpful in financial and estate planning. Of those who do not have a written life plan, 48 percent believe it would be valuable for similar reasons.
Main topic: Choosing who you want to become
- Remember being a jack of all trades? Although valuable, Here's the Negative
- You begin to create multiple versions of yourself in your head.
- Silence those mental clones and make a final decision on who you want to be come
- Focus all your activities, plans, how you walk, dress etc one that person you decided to become and don't look back!
Tighten up challenge of the week:
- Sit with those mental clones of yourself. Yes, call a meeting with you at the head of the table, and break down every positives and negatives of the versions of yourself at that table. Once you start realizing what you truly want and who you truly want to be you fixate your focus on that version of yourself and nothing else!
A wiseman/woman once said:
- Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” ~ Dolly Parton
