Being around those who prophesy can pull you into the prophetic flow. This is what happened to Saul. The Prophet Samuel said to Saul, “. . . you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with a harp, a tambourine, a flute, and a lyre before them. And they will prophesy. And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them. And you will be turned into another man” (1 Sam. 10:5–6).

There are certain places and atmospheres that cause prophets to grow and flourish. I listed these here as a reminder so that you can see what places are geared toward prophetic activation, training, equipping, impartation, and confirmation. This list will also give you ideas on where you can go to grow in your gift, what groups you may be able to join or start, if you are part of a church that does not flow prophetically.
