このコンテンツについて
The days between Christmas and New Year often feel different. The celebrations are over, the pace has shifted, and yet life hasn’t stopped. Some people are back at work, others are resting, and many are simply noticing what’s still there when the noise fades.
In this episode of EndureFaith, I sit with a cup of coffee and reflect on the weeks that have passed, the quiet that follows celebration, and a small moment from a Christmas Eve some years ago that has stayed with me.
We talk about what happens to our mental health when things slow down, why tiredness and unsettled thoughts often surface after busy seasons, and how endurance sometimes looks less like pushing forward and more like staying present.
From a Christian perspective, this episode points to Jesus as someone who meets us not only in celebration, but in ordinary days and quiet moments of adjustment.
