We are going to talk about fear, insecurity, and dread. We believe fear is a feeling caused and/or guided by society and by upbringing. What we can do to deal with the outside world and its message is one area we will explore. We will explore how to help the individual suffering stress or fear begin to feel more secure in order to reduce fear inside them.
