Nancy Wells is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder/CEO of AbleTalks.org, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to take ownership of their lives and careers. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive employment, inspired in part by her experience as a parent of two autistic daughters.
