In this episode we’re honoured to be joined by Naomie Praise, a multi-award-winning international public speaker, author of five books, and founder of Renewal of Your Mind and Naomie Praise Theory. Naomie is a mindset coach, mentor, and mental health advocate, with a special focus on helping people of diverse background and those who have experienced abuse, bullying, or mental health challenges. She provides holistic mental health services, workshops, and therapy to empower individuals on their journey to mental wellness.

In addition to her work in mental health, Naomie is also deeply committed to supporting women and youth, and she’s the founder of the Heritage Mums community, which provides support to mothers. Her work is all about empowerment—helping others shift their mindsets, heal, and thrive.

A wife and mother, Naomie runs various businesses and is an ordained Evangelist and Co-Pastor at MPC Ministries. As the CEO of Glu1 Foundation, she dedicates her efforts to equipping orphans, the needy, and women who have been silenced or abused.
