Men's emotions are given less importance. They are expected not to cry when they feel hurt or vulnerable because of their gender. 30% of men experienced depression at some point in their lives, and 9% are feeling depressed and anxious daily. However, it's difficult to express how he feels for fear of being labeled.
Men compared to women encounter more external symptoms and these structures are likely related to gender differences in social interactions, coping, or treatment-seeking endeavors.
