Join me in this episode as I explore how through somatic awareness, we learn to bring the healing presence of awareness into the feelings, sensations and emotions in our body. Together we'll look at the practice of somatic awareness, which is part of embodiment.

In order for healing to really happen, it needs to be experiential. Here we are focusing really specifically in our bodies, because it can be easy for things to get intellectual and just stay mental in our heads as theories and ideas. There needs to be an experience in our bodies in order for us to actually change and feel better, heal and have relief, and have more peace and less anxiety and less pain. Somatic awareness is like a powerful alchemy that brings about this result.
