In this episode of Stories From The Lost & Found, I sit down with Elizabeth Ziessler, hydration coach, holistic health practitioner and founder of the Electrolyzed Reduced Water Project.
After six years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force and years of struggling with brain fog, IBS, anxiety and exhaustion, Elizabeth discovered electrolyzed reduced water and began questioning everything she thought she knew about hydration. We talk about water as life force, the connection between hydration and our bioelectric health, her journey from feeling lost and disconnected to finding purpose, and what can happen when we become willing to listen to our bodies, trust what resonates and follow where we feel called.
In this episode, we explore:
- Why drinking more water may not be the same as becoming truly hydrated.
- How Elizabeth’s own health struggles led her to question what she had been taught about water.
- The connection between hydration, energy, bioelectric health and how we feel in our bodies.
- How feeling lost, leaving the military and navigating a spiritual awakening helped Elizabeth reconnect with God and her purpose.
- Why our past experiences, interests and even our hardest seasons can become part of the work we are here to do.
- What it looks like to stop searching outside ourselves for wholeness and begin listening to what our bodies already know.
Elizabeth’s story is a reminder that the path back to ourselves can begin in unexpected places, and that staying curious can lead us toward greater health, clarity and purpose.
Tune in for an empowering conversation about hydration, healing, spirituality and trusting where life is leading you.
