He was born in the heart of the territory—specifically in the Monochoa Indigenous Reserve, within the Tirivica community. He has served as governor of the Tirivica community for four years. He is a traditional healer and a *Numaira*—an elder holder of great knowledge. He is committed to the revitalization of ancestral knowledge, the defense of the Amazon, and solidarity among peoples.
