The idea of the soft girl era is one that has grown too big to ignore. As many men may choose not to pay attention to the vast majority of women who love to be in that beautiful soft energy, I’ve learned to not just acknowledge it but ask how to show up better. Soft girl energy is such a blessing to be around. It’s healing to the collective and all we have to do as men is not take advantage of it…..

Vulnerability is a fear most are not ready to confront. But in reality, it can bring so much inner clarity. This episode I’m just going through some of my processes as to why vulnerability has been so powerful in my pursuit of better understanding myself and how I want to show up in the world. As well as the first conversation I had with my inner child which opened the door for my journey of real healing on a deeper level.
