このコンテンツについて
On this episode of Break Room Talk, we discuss equanimity with our very special guest ELIZABETH!!!! There is an article that Elizabeth shared with us and on this article, Equanimity is defined as one of the most sublime emotions of Buddhist practice, is the ground for wisdom and freedom and the protector of compassion and love. One of my favorite things mentioned on the article is the way The Buddha describes a mind filled with equanimity which is, “abundant, exalted, immeasurable, without hostility, and without ill-will.” There are many methods out there that can help one keep a well balanced, calm, and grounded state of mind and Equanimity is one of them. Having the ability to not be so reactive to things that are out of your control is a wonderful skill to master. We definitely recommend all of our listeners to check out the article and have feel of what Equanimity is. Thank you so much for listening and I hope you enjoy this topic as much as we did! <3
