Schuyler Cadwalader is a co-founder and managing partner of UpWealth Capital. UpWealth Capital a real estate private equity group that helps medical professionals build passive income via multifamily real estate investing.
Schuyler attended the University of Pennsylvania earned his Masters of Architecture. For the next ten years, he worked on award-winning projects and managed their execution from schematic design through construction. He has deep experience in design, construction administration, project management, and building systems. He also owns and operates his own multifamily portfolio.
He has been involved in over $60M in real estate transactions.
