Drawing from over 20 years in leadership and marketing, as well as her personal journey of re-entering the workforce as a single mom of five, Heather created Elavare to empower women during career transitions. Beyond Elavare, Heather serves as vice-chair of the Silicon Slopes AI Chapter and sits on the board of Bear River Mutual and MomTribe.
