Contradiction inverts life. The inversion of the growing stream of life is experienced as suffering. Thus, suffering is the signal that warns us of the need to change the direction of the opposing forces.

Those who through repeated frustration find themselves detained on their way only appear to be detained; in reality, they regress. Time and again their past, even as they experience the need to distance themselves from that past.
