このコンテンツについて
Mike Clark has recently been promoted to Brown Belt, and we talk about the recent British Open tournament in Coventry, and some of the aches and pains that us as Masters competitors might experience!
'Jiu Jitsu saved my life' is a statement that relates to Mike's story. He shares parts of his story that echo the true value of being part of a community, especially one that is the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community. The vibe of any Jiu Jitsu academy is founded within the heartfelt energy of the Head Coach, and therefore attract similar, like-minded people. This is where it is so important to find the right fit when choosing a club or academy to join.
