Were you affected by the rate increases last year? Heather lets us know that rates went up around 8% but have since come down to around 6% (which is where she thinks they’re going to stay for a while).
Can you believe that after such a HOT market, multiple price decreases were commonplace? Hopefully that was “so last year”!

- Rates will stay around 6% to 6.5%
- Prices will stabilize
- Inventory will stay low
