    In this episode, we discuss past relationships that became toxic and significant in how we navigate new relationships. We try to give some advise on how to deal with toxic people and red flags for anything who thinks they may be getting into a toxic or bad relationship.


    I hope you enjoy this episode, I think it was very therapeutic for us both to talk about some of our past traumas.
