For many of us, it can be scary to acknowledge and speak our own truth, especially if it isn't in alignment with the views and perspective we used to share with others.

So many people believe in a higher power. But their willingness to trust and listen to their higher power is very low. What has us believe but not trust? Where do we put our trust? How do we choose who to trust.

It's easy to pontificate about the purpose of life--especially when thinking about other people's lives. But to what degree to each of us live according to our sense of purpose?

I like to tell people how to live their lives, but it never works out in their favor or mine. So how do I know my purpose and how do I live that purpose. That's some of what we cover in today's episode.

Life presents so many opportunities to see ourselves in the reflection of others. Super Heroes and Super Villains are no exception. Don and I discuss how we can see ourselves more clearly when we willingly embrace our own Hero and Villain.
