Carrie Madej has a great love for humanity and the sacredness of life. She believes that the body, mind, and spirit are equally important in achieving wellness, and that the balanced body has the inherent ability to heal itself. She believes a physician should be a teacher of health to the patient, as well as identify the causes of dis-ease, in order to have an optimal body.

Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, she received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medical Biosciences in 2001. She currently dedicates her time educating others on vaccines, nanotechnology, and human rights via multiple platforms and speaking engagements.

This episode came from my desire to talk about antisemiticism, especially why and what and why again. Mona has been teaching me Hebrew and is just back from Israel so I figured she'd be a good person to turn to in these tragic times. And I was correct. This is one of my favorite episodes. It's honest and deep and enlightening.

Mona's bio: Mona Balogh retired from work as an Emergency Physician in 2014. Once retired, Mona has been busy studying alternative medicine pathways. This has led her to recognize other therapeutic modalities that complement the Western Medicine model, including Traditional Chinese and Naturopathic medicine, energy medicine, herbal, and homeopathic treatments. In addition, Mona has been an avid Bible student, and has been leading Bible Studies, and teaching Biblical Hebrew since 2011. Throughout her life, Mona has been grappling with the problem of good vs evil, which makes the study of antisemitism and trauma so relevant today.

She and her husband Endre have three grown daughters, and four grandchildren. They live in Chatsworth, California.

A Chat with Vocal Coach Florence Riggs:

This podcast has always been about trauma, what it is, what gets in the way of healing and creative suggestions for recovery.

This episode with vocal coach and sound toning practitioner, Florence Riggs, therefore is a treasure as she's the real deal. And as my vocal coach for over 20 years, I can't give her enough positive juice for who she is and her ability to help both new singers or seasoned celebrities.

One thing I have found with my voice is that there are times I just can't sing, if the energy in the room is not conducive to well being. I can always sing with Florence. She allows my abilities in a way no one else has. And that is why I am excited to be speaking with her today and letting you in on the chat:)!
