Ahead of the opening Enterprise National League North fixture at Buxton, we caught up with Hereford manager Aaron Downes.
In this exclusive interview, he's looking forward to the match with great anticipation, optimism, and ambition. Downes says the foundations are in place, and rather than concentrating on the opposition, he'll be focusing on the Bulls performance.
The Bulls boss says he's pleased with the squad he has assembled, and in the case of Harry Tustin, who has just returned to the M&M Edgar Street Stadium on a season long loan from Cheltenham, he feels the best is yet to come from the midfielder. He's challenged him to produce more goals and assists this season.
Downes believes the travelling Hereford fans will give his side a big lift at Buxton, and wants to provide them with a team they can be proud of this season.
