Super short, but very powerful reminder here from Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard) where they shared this: Marcus Aurelius said it right - “Discipline is the art of not betraying yourself.” Again, it shows how throughout the history of humans being around, there have been lessons out there for such a long period of time.
