In the final episode of Series 2, I'm chatting to Abbie Hills, who is a talent agent, access coordinator, producer and writer. She discusses why it's important for the understanding of access requirements to trickle down from those at the top of a company. Abbie has cerebral palsy and she is very passionate about inclusion and diversity within the arts industry.

This week I'm chatting to Emilie Largier, a theatre maker, performer, and the artistic director of Ruckle Theatre. Ruckle are a physical theatre company who are rooted in devised and experimental theatre. Emilie discusses her past as a costume maker and designer, and why she moved towards working as a performer and facilitator instead. She is very passionate about sisterhood, and we discuss why that theme is the focus of her current project.
