Fasting is extremely popular right now as a health hack, but did you know it's primarily a spiritual discipline?
It's extremely powerful, as attested to in the Scriptures. From Jesus' 40 day fast, to when He tells us "when you fast" (Matthew 6), to the Prophet Daniel's 3 week fast, which we're actually using as the basis for today's discussion.
