From the moment we experience pain, we're taught that closure is the answer. We seek to find a resolution to the hurt we feel, and we are told that once we have closure, we can finally move on. But is closure really the answer to our pain? In this video, I'm challenging the idea of closure and exploring the concept of healing in a progressive way. I talk about the benefits of exploring and addressing our pain instead of trying to hide from it or build a wall to protect ourselves. I share my story of grief and loss, and how by dealing with my pain, I was able to move on and find healing.
