Dr. Rohr-Kirchgraber is passionate about the impact of healthy lifestyles and volunteers to speak on local and national radio and television programs to help advocate for health promotion. She is also an advocate for Gender Equity.

During this episode we talk about gender equity in medicine, how to be an advocate in medicine, and work-life balance. Dr. Rorh-Kirchgraber also offers advice on how we can serve as our own advocates and better negotiate.
