  • Will the meat of the future be printed in 3D?
    2026/04/29
Climatologists and medical experts are in agreement about the detrimental impact of excessive meat consumption on both our environment and health. Industrial livestock farming is responsible for a significant 15% of global CO2 emissions, and it also raises ethical concerns regarding animal welfare. In light of these concerns, it recently emerged that UK meat consumption is at its lowest level since record begun. Government data showed that in 2022, people ate an average of 854g of meat per week, which is down 14% compared to a decade ago. For those cutting down on meat or giving it up completely, alternatives like legumes can provide similar nutrients. But completely changing one's dietary habits and cooking style can be daunting. One new solution on the horizon is 3D-printed meat, both in plant-based and animal-based form. How exactly do you print meat? Is it actually a healthier option then? 2026/04/28

The women then described a sudden change in Salim’s attitude towards them and said he then forced himself on them despite their objections and refusal. • Why do some people need to sleep more than others?
    2026/04/28
As the years go by, we're getting less and less sleep. A survey by Chemist4U in 2022 found that Brits get just 6 hours and 10 minutes of sleep per night on average. Economic stress and the overwhelming demands of modern life have been blamed for this, but there’s no real evidence to back that up. Still the fact remains that not getting enough sleep can significantly impact our daily lives, so it’s a source of real frustration. Doesn’t everyone need eight hours then? Does our sleep pattern change as we age? Can someone be naturally inclined to be a morning person or a night owl? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! • What are the health benefits of using sex toys?
    2026/04/28
We've long known that masturbation can help relieve stress and even alleviate menstrual pain in women, thanks to the release of hormones like endorphins acting as a natural painkiller. It’s also well established that sexual activity is beneficial for the cardiovascular system, as it increases our heart rate and may even contribute to lower blood pressure. But as it turns out, using sex toys can also have some surprisingly positive effects on our health. And of course toys like butt plugs, dildos and vibrators, sex toys can be used with a partner too.Their popularity has been steadily growing year after year, and sex toys are no longer as taboo as they once were. Of course, the extended periods of isolation brought on by Covid-19 lockdowns only sped up the normalisation of sex toy use. Are those health benefits physical or psychological? There are so many types of sex toys out there - how am I supposed to choose among them all? In under 3 minutes, we answer your questions! 2026/04/27
