Two Moms get deep.

One a Death Doula, but not your typical.. Is there a “typical Death Doula?” The other Me, a Makeup Artist, a Psychic/Empath & soon to be Hypnotherapist.

We know a thing or 8 about death and rebirth, about transformation and identity “crisis.” It’s okay to say it, we all experience shifts and change in life, Hopefully- That’s how we grow, evolve and eventually Thrive.

Empowerment doesn’t come from hiding in toxic positivity, it’s in the bravery to face the harsher truths of life, like even yes our eventual death, and face with grace and honesty.

Life is meant to be a Thriller, an Epic of greater proportions! But how many live a half explored and expressed life, due to unresolved and subconscious fears?

See, at some point in life everyone learns to “pick themselves up, dust yourself off and Start all over again…” (I don’t know who sings that song I always just remember it as my Moms voice in my head.)

It’s not easy-to compost our past, to move on through grief and pain and believe we will find a reason/purpose to live again- but it’s better than the chosen alternative; Living your life afraid & already half dead.

Join the living-

Be brave enough to explore the blocks around your heart, before you believe them as truth.. Allow someone unexpected to love and help you, it’s what is healthy Mothers do.
