There are all kinds of ways to force weight loss, but there are only a few ways to do it naturally and gracefully. Fasting space is one of the most powerful, and the way I teach it, the most thoughtful.

Fasting is open space to allow body fat to fulfill its natural purpose and power our system in the absence of food. This is how we use it, and release it. Fasting space sets an incredible natural foundation for every other practice of health. Choosing healthy foods, eliminating processed foods, moving our body in healthy ways and leaning into our mental health and wellbeing.
