The Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head, and His people are pilgrims who seek the city to come. That doesn’t mean passivity; it means vigilance. We work for justice and guard hard-won liberties, yet we refuse to baptize any nation, party, or institution as our permanent home. The peace Jesus offers is not fragile stability—it is the resilient life of a people shaped by courage, humility, and worship.
