One year ago, North Myrtle Beach duck hunter Tyler Doyle vanished while hunting near the Little River jetties off the South Carolina coast. After reporting mechanical issues and rough water conditions, his 16-foot jon boat was later found submerged. Days later, his waders—containing his wallet, phone, and credit cards—washed ashore along the North Carolina coast.
Despite a multi-agency search involving South Carolina DNR, North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue, and the U.S. Coast Guard, Tyler was never recovered. This video revisits the timeline of events, the conditions that day, and the unanswered questions that remain as his family continues to seek answers.
