Helen is the founder of the award-winning Change + Check breast cancer awareness campaign on ITV, which has helped over 150 women and one man detect their cancer early. She dedicates much of her time to improving breast cancer outcomes and was awarded an MBE in 2026 for her services to breast cancer awareness.
