概要

This podcast is a curated conversation series where designer and founder Delores Oblitey engages with artists she deeply admires. Through thoughtful and engaging discussions, the series explores the inspirations, creative journeys, and critical ideas that shape each artist’s practice, while drawing meaningful connections between contemporary art and the language of fashion.

Each episode offers listeners and viewers the opportunity to step inside the creative worlds of contemporary artists through open, reflective conversations. Rather than focusing solely on finished works, the series looks beyond the surface, exploring the references, personal histories, cultural influences, and processes that inform how artists think, create, and communicate through their work. In doing so, it reveals the layered nature of artistic practice and the many influences that shape creative expression today.

Each featured artist is also styled in selected pieces from the Delores by Delores Archive, bringing an additional visual dimension to the series. The archive acts as both a creative reference and a living body of work, allowing fashion to enter the conversation as another form of artistic expression. Through this thoughtful styling, garments become part of the narrative—visually connecting disciplines and highlighting the ways in which fashion and art continue to inform, influence, and inspire one another.

By bringing these practices together, the series creates a platform for meaningful exchange across creative fields, celebrating diverse voices while offering a closer look at the ideas, processes, and cultural dialogues shaping contemporary art and fashion today.
