Hi everyone! So sorry for a missed pod episode last week, just needed time to myself. Anyways, in this episode, I dive into the topic of self-improvement and defining what is best for you. Social media is the first place to find "how to be better" "how to be successful" etc...which is all great, it can be super motivating to get us back in a grove. BUT this is where we fall into a trap. Self-improvement is about growth and using what we have and forming it to be better day by day. We think we need to "fix" ourselves with self-improvement, and we fall into the dark side of not feeling enough. We also tend to use external forces to give us a sense of accomplishment in hitting our "goals". I could go on, but if you are interested take a listen and let me know your thoughts! xoxo brit <3
