Your body shouldn’t be the wild card in your life.

If bloating, brain fog, unpredictable energy, skin issues, digestive issues, weight shifts, or other symptoms keep showing up and nothing seems to fully explain why, you’re in the right place.

This podcast is for women who are done guessing, googling, and outsourcing every decision about their body.

Here, we look at symptoms through body type and pattern recognition so you can understand what your body is telling you, stop wasting time on solutions that were never built for your body, and make better decisions when the same symptoms keep coming back.

This is body literacy, not symptom fixing or another protocol.

  • 87 | The One Thing AI Can't Tell You About Your Body
    2026/07/09

AI can answer almost any question—but it can't know your body.

In this episode, I'm talking about why we've stopped trusting our own observations, how we've outsourced our health questions to Google and ChatGPT, and why your body has been leaving clues all along. If you've ever felt confused by conflicting health advice, wondered what your symptoms are trying to tell you, or felt like your body is speaking a language you don't understand, I think this conversation will change the way you see your body.

By the end of this episode, I hope you'll stop seeing your symptoms as random problems to solve and start seeing them as clues worth paying attention to.

  • 86 | The More Self-Motivated You Are, The Easier It Is To Ignore Your Body
    2026/06/03

The more self-motivated you are, the easier it is to ignore your body. Not because you don't care, but because you're focused. And when you're so focused on a goal, the signals your body has been sending start to feel like white noise.

    They're not background noise.

In this episode I get honest about what it looks like when even I, someone who knows how to read her body, stopped noticing. And what shifted when I finally did.

Ambition in our lives isn't the problem. How you're getting there and how your body is feeling about it is what we need to pay attention to. Otherwise, it will show us its opinion in the form of symptoms.

New episodes air the first week of each month. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss the next one.

  • 85 | Why Most Health Advice Was Written for Someone Else's Body
    2026/05/20

There's a drawer, or a shelf. You know exactly where it is.

The supplements you take every day. The ones you rotate. The ones you bought a while back and kept, just in case they're actually doing something for your symptoms.

You've tried real things from credible sources. Something shifts for a while. Then it stops. So you adjust. But the pattern comes back.

In this episode, we talk about why that loop keeps happening, and why it has nothing to do with discipline, willpower, or trying harder.

Almost every piece of health advice that exists was written for a general body. Not yours. And when you follow advice built for a different body than yours, you get exactly that experience. Something almost works. Something works for a while and then stops.

    That’s not a you problem. That’s a mismatch.
