This episode features one of my very best friends.  He and I were in the drumline together at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  But he's come a long way since then.  We laughed a lot in this episode.  And this is just part 1.  We had so much to talk about.  In part one we cover the early days of drumming for Forrest.  We also touch on a few of the huge names he's played with.  He tells us of the India.Arie Grammy performance with attitude and the story behind it.  He also tells about his "scary" interaction with the lovely and talented Sade.  Forrest is one of the most humble and genuine people I know.  But his talent is out of this world.  He even wrote the theme music for this podcast.
