概要

TRIGGER WARNING: This episode discusses personal experiences with OCD which may be sensitive or triggering for some listeners.

Welcome to another episode of 'PLEASE EXCUSE MY OCD.' Today, I’m joined by my friend Halima Flynt! Halima is an incredible OCD Advocate who is very much involved in raising awareness not only within the IOCDF, but also as a pottery artist with her business 'Vase Your Fears'! I was lucky enough to hear her speak at the last OCD Con in Orlando this year, and I'm lucky enough to have her on the show to tell her story as well as share a little bit about her perspective.

As always, I am not a therapist, these episodes should never take the place of medically trained advice. If you are struggling, please seek advice from a trained medical professional.

Each week, join me as I delve into the realities of living with OCD. From personal anecdotes to real world insights, this podcast is a perfect blend of encouragement, tools and honest conversation.
