In Episode 5: The Daily Service, we move from the occasional "major overhaul" to the discipline of preventative maintenance. This episode addresses the necessity of consistent, small-scale checks to ensure our spiritual performance does not degrade over time. I have learnt that many of us wait for a total mechanical failure before seeking the Lord, but the role of a Manager is to identify issues while the engine is still running. We discuss how to establish a Daily routine that keeps the internal "Code" clean and ensures our torque remains high. By committing to these regular adjustments, we prevent the "rust" of complacency from setting in and ensure that we are always prepared for the demands of the next shift. This is about building the stamina to stay active and focussed, regardless of the load we are asked to carry.
