This one is for: When your child gets upset becausesomething isn't quite right, compares themselves with someone else, or feels they have to get everything perfect. Lucky gives them permission to learn, wobble, and simply be themselves.
Little mental muscle: Self-acceptance & flexibility._____________________________________________________
ABOUT LUCKY LOU'S Bite-Sized Affirmations:
Sometimes we need a little courage. Sometimes a little calm. Sometimes we just need to hear, “Hey, you can try again.”
And that's when an "Ahhh…THAT’S the Lucky we need today.” happens!🐾
Because that's exactly how I picture this being used. Not necessarily “It's Tuesday, therefore we're on Affirmation#7.” 😂
A parent notices what's happening:
We're having a perfectionist moment. → Lucky #4.
School worry this morning. → Lucky #2.
Something went horribly wrong, and we're DONE. → Lucky #6.
Little nervous system is running at approximately 900 mph. → Lucky #8.
And eventually the child can choose:
“Which Lucky do you think you need today?”
