Im ready to jump back into action. On this episode I get into some of the changes I have been making to my routine, some good and some perhaps to my detriment but overall I have learnt some lessons and finally have a better handle on things!
I also get into picking up an old hobby that brought me an immense amount of joy and on the note of things that brought me joy, I was finally able to give my wonderful sweet old car the service and upgrade it so desperately needed.
I hope where ever you are listening from you are enjoying the change in the season, Autumn is my favourite time of year followed closely by spring.
