Joshua Prieto is a Brisbane-based wildlife and social documentary photojournalist with a love of learning about the  world. His work and travels have given him the opportunity to witness and photograph many spectacular creatures, scenes and important cultural events.

He sees his task as a photographer and journalist as another means to inspire people to care for the people and places around them.

His technical and conceptual education comes from both a Diploma from TAFE Queensland and a Bachelor of Photography from Griffith University's Queensland College of Art.

He has produced work with international non-governmental organisations such as Wildlife Alliance and TPO in Cambodia, as well as with the Queensland Museum and Chinchilla Veterinary Services, and his work has been exhibited at the Queensland College of Art, Maud Street Gallery, publicly in Kathmandu, Nepal and Ipswich Community Gallery.

Joshua's images have been internationally published by organisations such the Guardian, SBS, Australian Photography, Deutsche Welle, Vox, ABC, BBC, Radio France, Hardie Grant, Griffith University, University of Queensland and Wildlife Australia magazine.

Chris Farrell is a nature photographer who has spent three decades behind the camera capturing images from the land, air and sea. Chris is most at home flying over the coasts and oceans of Australia at between 1,000 and 2,000 feet, taking his unique aerial pictures. Chris’s collection of aerial whale photography is among the largest in Australia, and his images have been instrumental in identifying new individual Southern Right Whales to science and assisting researchers in understanding their seasonal movements. Chris has also co-authored a number of Australian wildlife books, covering reptiles, mammals and birds, and has a passion for bird conservation in his home state of Victoria, Australia.

In this recorded interview from February 2021, Peter Rowland chats with Angus McNab, a wildlife ecologist who attained an MSc in Zoology, studying chytrid fungus in the frogs inhabiting the lowland rainforests of Queensland's Wet Tropics of North Queensland. Angus is also the author of a book on the Wildlife of Tasmania and has published a number of scientific papers on his research into a variety of wildlife groups. Angus is also a very accomplished wildlife photographer and has had many of his images published in some of Australia’s leading wildlife guide books. Angus chats about his amazing travels, gives advice to budding wildlife photographers and discusses his upcoming book titles.
