  • Why I Had to Rethink This Podcast
    2026/07/14

This episode marks the beginning of a new chapter not just for the podcast, but for the way I think about building a meaningful business.

After reflecting on the last several years of working with entrepreneurs and creators, I realized that most people don't actually have a productivity problem. They have a systems problem. And underneath that, they have a freedom problem.

In this episode, I share why Create a Flow is evolving, the lessons that shaped this new direction, and the three beliefs that will guide every conversation moving forward:

    • Freedom requires structure.
    • Simplicity creates clarity.
    • Flow isn't something you find, it's something you create.

We also explore why productivity is ultimately about stewardship, not efficiency, and how building intentional systems can help create a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.

If you've been searching for a healthier way to build, create, and lead, welcome to the next chapter.

  • What Sustainability Actually Looks Like in a Creative Business
    2026/06/30

What does it actually mean to build a sustainable creative business?

For many creators, sustainability has become another buzzword—something we talk about without ever defining. But true sustainability isn't about doing less or chasing better balance. It's about intentionally designing a business that can support your creativity, your relationships, your health, and your calling over the long term.

In this episode of The Creative Flow Podcast, Elesha explores the difference between performative balance and sustainable design, why burnout often builds quietly over time, and how creators can begin building systems that create momentum instead of constant recovery.

If you've ever wondered whether your business is truly supporting the life you're trying to build, this conversation is for you.

  • Building a Content Strategy That Doesn't Burn You Out
    2026/05/19

In this episode, I’m sharing the shift that completely changed the way I approach content creation, consistency, and sustainability as a creator. We talk about what it means to create from overflow instead of obligation, why “volume without intention is just noise,” and how protecting your creative margins might actually be part of your strategy.

I also share the three principles that have helped me build a healthier relationship with content:

    • content from a full cup
    • one core idea with multiple expressions
    • and protecting the margins that feed the work

This episode is reflective, honest, and probably one of the most personal conversations I’ve had about creator burnout, hustle culture, and staying rooted while building online.

Because the truth is the content people love most comes from the life you’re actually living.

  • Why You Keep Repeating the Same Cycles (Quarterly Review for Creators)
    2026/05/12

A few months ago, I realized I had gotten really good at planning and really bad at reflecting.

I could map out an entire quarter inside Notion. Goals, intentions, workflows, content calendars all of it. But somewhere between the planning and the execution, I stopped checking in with what was actually happening.

In this episode, I’m walking through the exact quarterly review process that has helped me slow down long enough to recognize what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change before the next quarter begins.

    We talk about:

    • reviewing your quarter honestly without judging yourself
    • identifying what depleted your energy
    • using data as feedback instead of shame
    • why your calendar reveals more than your goals do
    • the difference between planning and course correction
    • and how reflection became one of the most important systems in my business

This episode is less about productivity and more about stewardship.

Because sometimes growth doesn’t come from doing more, sometimes it comes from finally stopping long enough to examine what’s no longer working.
