MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

WE ARE MAKING: Creamy Homemade Mushroom Soup 🍄

Ingrediants:

• 1 qt jar/homemade chicken/vegtable broth
• 8oz cooked farm fresh chicken
• 2 cups of fresh mushrooms
• 2 cups of buttery croutons
• 4 slices of Swiss cheese

Instructions:

• Boil Broth
• Add 1 tsp water/flour mix to they broth, allow to cool some
• Add your chopped mushrooms or vegetables of your choice to a 9x9 cake pan
• Add your diced/shredded chicken on top
• Layer your 4 slices of cheese on top
• Pour broth over the top
• Add croutons evenly across the top
• Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes covered (last 5 minutes uncover to get that thick topping
• Enjoy!
