    Chris has 25 years’ experience in and around the coaching world. First, training and coaching for Dale Carnegie in the US and UK, then in sales and delivery leadership roles in outplacement and career coaching organisations. His current role is Global Marketing Lead for transition and coaching solutions at Randstad RiseSmart, while also being on the verge of completing his ICF coach accreditation.

    Chris saw the value of coaching following two layoffs in the early 2000’s, where he had career coaching. Since then, he has always thought being a coach would form part of his career at some point, which is now coming to fruition.

    Following the idea that coaches often ‘coach who they used to be’, Chris has applied his learning from his own squiggly career, several bumps in the road during his forties and his interest in design thinking to his coaching practice.

    He’s now developing his own model of midlife transition coaching and posts regularly on the five major challenges most people experience in their forties and fifties and how to address them.
