In this episode I speak with Matthew Garnet - a long time friend with whom I've had the opportunity for many deep dives in the past. We have His knowledge in real estate and coupled with his passion for art, poetry and all literature make him one of the most articulate and passionate Pisces I know.
Matthew is the Host of a popular Toronto based Real Estate podcast called “Above the Line” where he moderates and demystifies the conundrum of the state of our housing situation. Matthew has been involved in Real Estate here in the T Dot for 25yrs in almost all facets of the industry from brokering, development, homebuilding, consulting and most recently in an executive capacity as Senior Vice President of business development for the Holt Meadow Group.
Matthew has a love for comedy, satire, music, Boxing & MMA and Golf. He is a father of two teenage boys with a zest for life and an appetite for adventure. Matthew has a strong intellectual capacity balanced with a deep intuition that has guided him through has been known by his alter ego “The Brane”. He is a Proud Pisces and is born year to the Drgaon.
