This was recorded at Beardfest. Ben and I began to talk about systems, ecosystems, and the natural system that sustains life. What happens when the system is imbalanced? How do we accept that every system contains suffering? How can we create as little suffering as possible and become reconnected to our nature as human BEINGS?

How can we pack these topics into an hour and a half podcast?! We can't, and honestly, we didn't mean to even attempt to. This is what I call a download, if you will. I was inspired to speak, and thus, I spoke.
