• What Else Is Possible?
    2026/08/17

    It's such a simple question.

And yet, for many accomplished professionals, it can feel like one of the hardest questions to ask.

    Not because they lack ambition.

Not because they haven't been successful.

But because success has a way of convincing us that we shouldn't want anything more.

I've come to believe something different.

Wanting to explore what's next doesn't diminish what you've built.

It acknowledges how much you've grown.

Sometimes the most important thing you can do isn't make a decision.

It's simply give yourself permission to wonder.

    To explore.

To ask new questions without feeling guilty for asking them.

Because every meaningful next chapter begins with curiosity - not certainty.

That's why I created Corporate to Entrepreneur LIVE.

Not to convince you to leave your career.

Not to convince you to build a business.

But to create a space where accomplished professionals can think differently about their future, explore what's possible, and discover what comes next with intention.

If you've been quietly asking yourself, "Is there something more?"...

Maybe it's time to explore that question.

  • The Next Chapter Isn't About Becoming Someone Else
    2026/08/10

I think that's one of the biggest misconceptions accomplished professionals carry.

Somewhere along the way, we've convinced ourselves that whatever comes next requires us to become more entrepreneurial, more confident, more outgoing, or somehow more than we already are.

    I don't believe that's true.

I believe your career has been preparing you for far more than the role you've held.

    Every challenge you've navigated...

    Every decision you've made...

    Every leader you've become...

None of it was just building your resume.

    It was building you.

Your next chapter isn't asking you to reinvent yourself.

It's asking you to recognize, trust, and fully embrace the person you've already spent decades becoming.

That's the conversation we're having at Corporate to Entrepreneur LIVE.

Not because everyone should become an entrepreneur.

But because every accomplished professional deserves the space to think about what's next—and discover what's possible because of who they've become.

If you've been asking yourself, "What comes after success?"...

I think you'll feel right at home.

  • Could I create impact beyond my current role?
    2026/08/03

Could I create impact beyond my current role?

It's a question more accomplished professionals are asking than you might realize.

    Not because they're dissatisfied.

Not because they want to walk away from successful careers.

But because they've begun to realize that their expertise, leadership, and experience may have value beyond the organization where they developed it.

In this week's video, I explore why your title may be one expression of your impact - not the limit of it.

If you've ever wondered whether your next chapter could include consulting, advisory work, speaking, board service, entrepreneurship, or simply a broader expression of your expertise, I think this conversation will resonate.

  • Your Greatest Asset Isn't Your Resume
    2026/07/06

It's the judgment you've developed through decades of leading, solving problems, making decisions, and navigating complexity.

That's the asset most accomplished professionals underestimate.

I share why I believe your next opportunity isn't created by your resume...

It's created by the wisdom you've spent a lifetime developing.

If you've ever wondered how your expertise could create value beyond your current role, I think this conversation will resonate.

  • I've Proven I Can Succeed... Now What?
    2026/06/29

I've proven I can succeed. Now what?

For many accomplished professionals, this becomes one of the most important -and least discussed - questions of their career.

    Not because success isn't fulfilling.

But because success has a way of changing the questions we ask ourselves.

In this week's episode of The Next Chapter Series, I share why I believe success isn't the finish line.

It's the beginning of a new conversation.

If you've ever found yourself wondering what comes next, I hope you'll take a few minutes to watch.

  • What Happens After Success?
    2026/06/26

    What happens after success?

It's a question I've been thinking about a lot lately.

    Not because success isn't meaningful.

    But because I've noticed something...

Many accomplished professionals eventually stop asking: "Can I succeed?"

    And start asking:

    • What else is possible?

    • How do I leverage my expertise differently?

    • What would ownership look like?

    • Could I create impact beyond my current role?

    • Is there another chapter available to me?

Next week, I'll be heading to Cabo with a group of accomplished women leaders, and these are exactly the kinds of conversations we'll be exploring together.

Over the next few weeks, I'd love to bring you along.

Not to tell you what your next chapter should be...

But to explore the questions that often emerge when success is no longer the destination.

If you've ever found yourself asking, "What's next?" I think is for you.

  • 4 Years In: The Hardest Part Wasn't Strategy
    2026/06/22

4 years in, here's what may be the biggest lesson of all:

    The hardest part wasn't strategy.

    It was becoming.

I spent a lot of time early on thinking success would come from learning more.

And while learning matters, I've discovered that many of the biggest breakthroughs in business have less to do with information and more to do with identity.

    Visibility.

    Confidence.

    Ownership.

    Leadership.

The willingness to fully step into what you're capable of.

    That's the real work.

    More in today's video.

  • 4 Years In: The Business Model Matters More Than the Idea
    2026/06/15

4 years in, here's another lesson I see clearly now:

The business model matters more than the idea.

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I spent a lot of time thinking about offers, programs, and services.

    Today, I think differently.

    The question isn't:

    "What can I sell?"

    The question is:

    "What am I actually building?"

That shift changed how I think about entrepreneurship, expertise, and revenue.

    More in today's video.
