• Your Greatest Asset Isn't Your Resume
    2026/07/06

It's the judgment you've developed through decades of leading, solving problems, making decisions, and navigating complexity.

That's the asset most accomplished professionals underestimate.

I share why I believe your next opportunity isn't created by your resume...

It's created by the wisdom you've spent a lifetime developing.

If you've ever wondered how your expertise could create value beyond your current role, I think this conversation will resonate.

  • I've Proven I Can Succeed... Now What?
    2026/06/29

I've proven I can succeed. Now what?

For many accomplished professionals, this becomes one of the most important -and least discussed - questions of their career.

    Not because success isn't fulfilling.

But because success has a way of changing the questions we ask ourselves.

In this week's episode of The Next Chapter Series, I share why I believe success isn't the finish line.

It's the beginning of a new conversation.

If you've ever found yourself wondering what comes next, I hope you'll take a few minutes to watch.

  • What Happens After Success?
    2026/06/26

    What happens after success?

It's a question I've been thinking about a lot lately.

    Not because success isn't meaningful.

    But because I've noticed something...

Many accomplished professionals eventually stop asking: "Can I succeed?"

    And start asking:

    • What else is possible?

    • How do I leverage my expertise differently?

    • What would ownership look like?

    • Could I create impact beyond my current role?

    • Is there another chapter available to me?

Next week, I'll be heading to Cabo with a group of accomplished women leaders, and these are exactly the kinds of conversations we'll be exploring together.

Over the next few weeks, I'd love to bring you along.

Not to tell you what your next chapter should be...

But to explore the questions that often emerge when success is no longer the destination.

If you've ever found yourself asking, "What's next?" I think is for you.

  • 4 Years In: The Hardest Part Wasn't Strategy
    2026/06/22

4 years in, here's what may be the biggest lesson of all:

    The hardest part wasn't strategy.

    It was becoming.

I spent a lot of time early on thinking success would come from learning more.

And while learning matters, I've discovered that many of the biggest breakthroughs in business have less to do with information and more to do with identity.

    Visibility.

    Confidence.

    Ownership.

    Leadership.

The willingness to fully step into what you're capable of.

    That's the real work.

    More in today's video.

  • 4 Years In: The Business Model Matters More Than the Idea
    2026/06/15

4 years in, here's another lesson I see clearly now:

The business model matters more than the idea.

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I spent a lot of time thinking about offers, programs, and services.

    Today, I think differently.

    The question isn't:

    "What can I sell?"

    The question is:

    "What am I actually building?"

That shift changed how I think about entrepreneurship, expertise, and revenue.

    More in today's video.

  • 4 Years In: I Was Clear — But I Wasn't Connecting
    2026/06/08

4 years in, here's another lesson I see clearly now:

    I was clear.

    But I wasn't connecting.

For a long time, I thought clarity was the goal.

If people understood what I did, surely they'd see the value.

What I eventually learned is that people don't take action because they understand you.

They take action because they recognize themselves.

That realization changed how I think about positioning, messaging, and marketplace demand.

I share more in today's video.

  • 4 Years In: Your Experience Doesn't Automatically Create Demand
    2026/06/01

One of the biggest lessons I've learned since then?

Your experience doesn't automatically translate into marketplace demand.

Many accomplished professionals enter entrepreneurship with decades of expertise, leadership experience, and proven results.

    Then they discover something surprising:

The marketplace doesn't automatically value what you've done.

    It values what it understands.

In this episode, I'm sharing one of the most important shifts I've made over the last four years—and why it's shaping the next chapter of my business.

If you're a leader, executive, or experienced professional exploring what's next, this one's for you.
