COPING AFTER A BREAKUP
We all have been through it, at least a majority of us anyway.
However young or old, however long or short the relationship was and lasted, or how much we liked even loved them.
Yeup, I am talking about that dreaded time when a romantic relationship comes to an end. The Breakup.
No doubt any breakup is a challenge to get over, which some more than others can get over it faster than other.
However depending on the relationship, sometimes it can be hard to cope while adjusting back into the single life and doing whatever you can to just feel better.
In this episode on Anna Taylor Radio I am talking about Coping after a Breakup.
I bring awareness and explain what the differences between a divorce, trauma bond, and a normal breakup, while offering tools and skills to cope through it.
Nobody likes a breakup whether it be through a divorce, having a trauma bond, or going your separate ways for any and whatever reasons. It's tough for sure.
But as long as you learn healthy ways to cope and stay determined to heal, then you will make it through just fine.
